DRG Talent Advisory Group is embarking on a period of exciting growth and expansion. Currently, we are looking to hire Talent Consultants whose portfolio will focus on managing and directing the full cycle of Executive Search services in partnership with our clients.
Lead Executive Search Engagements
Our Talent Consultants manage simultaneous search engagements. At any point during a given week you might be engaged in strategic conversations with a client about the direction of their organization, partner with search committees and board members to build a customized search strategy, interview candidates to assess their skills and competencies, or provide ongoing consultation to our clients around their talent challenges, needs, goals, and strategies. Our Talent Consultants work closely with our Research and Outreach Department to develop search strategy, generate client deliverables, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and practice.
Our Talent Consultants are responsible for creating, implementing, and tracking a unique business development plan. We expect our Talent Consultants to develop business relationships by spending structured and directed time meeting and engaging with leaders in the nonprofit community and maintaining those relationships with strong communication and follow up. Talent consultants will also play an important role in our continuous mapping of talent needs in the nonprofit sector. We know everyone brings their own special flare to this—we will help you build your skills, focus your strategy, and develop your voice!
Over the past five years we have seen tremendous growth and have broadened our scope of work well beyond Executive Search. Although this position is focused on Executive Search, our entire team collaborates on company-wide projects, learning, professional development, and experiences designed to strengthen our company. We are looking for high-energy team players who have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our Talent Consultants are master facilitators of complex conversations and can manage multiple engagements and projects simultaneously. They are deeply interested in and knowledgeable about the functioning and dynamics of nonprofit organizations and are equally passionate about the work of the nonprofit sector. Talent Consultants are able to develop client deliverables with acuity and have impeccable follow-up and follow-through. Our Talent Consultants must have a superior work ethic, deep curiosity, and a strong sense of accountability.
The ideal candidate possesses master’s level academic training in business, nonprofit management, human resources, or public administration and significant work experience in a combination of roles including executive search, consulting/client services, senior management, and/or human resources management.
