DRG Talent Advisory Group is embarking on a period of exciting growth and expansion. We are looking for a Project Administrator whose portfolio will be enterprise wide and who will partner with Talent Consultants, Department Directors and the Leadership team on a variety of administrative projects.
At DRG we build a lot of documents, decks, proposals and data-driven reports for our clients and to support our internal team. The Project Administrator would be a driver in supporting the review, editing, formatting, and management of many of these documents. In addition, the Project Administrator would work closely with the Special Projects Manager to introduce and implement new tools to the team which would streamline much of this work.
One of the most exciting parts of working at DRG is the ability to work enterprise wide. The Project Administrator will have the opportunity to partner with project teams (client-facing and internal) and apply administrative expertise in a variety of areas. Specific focus areas might include CRM updates, intake calls, generating/synthesizing meeting notes, basic research and analytics, and report generation.
A critical and exciting part of our company is our focus on communicating the important work that we are doing on behalf of our clients. The Project Administrator will be part of this work, developing and distributing our monthly Newsletter (which reaches more than 50,000 subscribers), managing our distribution lists, and working with others in the company to help to manage the DRG voice on social media through postings, articles, and content.
