DRG Talent Advisory Group is embarking on a period of exciting growth and expansion. We are looking for an Operations Associate whose portfolio will be enterprise wide and who will partner with Talent Consultants, Department Directors and the Leadership team on a variety of administrative projects.
Document & Contract Management
At DRG we build a lot of documents, decks, proposals and data-driven reports for our clients and to support our internal team. The Operations Associate would be a driver in supporting the review, editing, formatting, and organizational management of many of these documents in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Associate. In addition, the Operations Associate would work closely with the Senior Director of Operations to introduce and implement new tools to the team which would streamline much of this work.
Project Support & CRM Management
One of the most exciting parts of working at DRG is the ability to work enterprise wide. The Operations Associate will have the opportunity to partner with project teams (client-facing and internal) and apply administrative expertise in a variety of areas. The Operations Associate would be a key leader in the implementation of our new CRM and applicant tracking system, managing searches and engagements in the system, generating contracts, and tracking the progress of engagements enterprise-wide. In addition to the CRM, the Operations Associate will support other technology tools across the organization, like survey tools, Microsoft Teams, and project management applications. The Operations Associate will also support basic research and analytics and report generation.
Our team continues to grow across the country, so creating strong communication channels and regular touchpoints are key. The Operations Associate will manage our firm-wide calendar for team meetings, supporting the coordination of staff meetings and retreats. The Operations Associate will coordinate ordering of office supplies and equipment and support other key administrative functions as needed. The Operations Associate will provide scheduling and administrative support for key members of the leadership team.
We are looking for a high-energy team player who has skills and interest in the full range of project administration and administrative focus areas. The ideal Operations Associate will come with outstanding project management skills and the ability to manage both small details and larger, more complex projects. The Operations Associate must be skilled at using Microsoft Office products and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Most importantly, an Operations Associate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and enjoy the excitement of a fast-paced company where they will partner with many different members of our team over the course of their day. Location: This is a full-time, exempt position. Location is flexible; our staff work from home offices or shared workspaces near where they live. Depending on the course of the pandemic, some travel may be required in the future; the amount and locations will vary depending on client needs.
