Merav (she/her) is a Senior Associate at DRG. As an Associate of the Research and Outreach team, Merav supports candidate sourcing, outreach communication, and pipeline development for clients. She is an expert at thinking creatively about where to find great candidates. Her clients can always expect a highly qualified yet diverse candidate pool.
Merav graduated from Barnard College with a B.A. in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Education. While at Barnard, Merav was the President of a student-led organization called Peace by P.E.A.C.E. that worked with local students to foster conflict resolutions skills.
Merav is a native of Baltimore, Maryland. She spends her weekends perfecting recipes for all sorts of baked goods, including banana bread, brownies, and apple pie. She only reads fiction books – mostly fantasy and mystery novels.
