DRG launches 2021 Pro Bono RFP
Announcing our third annual pro bono executive search
We are pleased to launch our third annual pro bono executive search initiative. We will begin accepting responses to our Request for Proposals (RFP) on a rolling basis from nonprofit organizations starting January 21, 2021.
DRG is a talent advisory group. Our mission is to support nonprofits in bringing together the right leadership, talent, culture, and structure so people and organizations can thrive together. Our drive to support the nonprofit community led us to launch this initiative in 2019. As Dara Klarfeld, CEO of DRG, has said, “A primary driver for the culture of our company is to align the way we operate with our values. Our pro bono executive search initiative is one of many ways DRG can help and support the nonprofit community.”
In 2019 we proudly worked with The Petey Greene Program to select their new CEO, Alison Brinkley-Badgett. The Petey Greene Program is an organization that supplements education in jails, prisons, and detention centers, by preparing volunteers to provide free, quality tutoring and related programming to support the academic achievement of incarcerated people.
In 2020 we worked with the New York City Alliance Against Sexual Assault to select their new Executive Director, Tamika Payne. The New York City Alliance Against Sexual Assault strives to prevent sexual violence and reduce the harm it causes through education, research, and advocacy. A leading voice in the prevention of sexual violence, the NYC Alliance Against Sexual Assault serves as an umbrella organization that provides assistance to New York City’s rape crisis centers, and as a vital source of legislative advocacy for survivors citywide.
For 2021, DRG is welcoming proposals from nonprofit organizations with annual budgets between $1 and $10 million dollars that have a mission to advance: food security efforts, LGBTQ+ justice, or racial equity and empowerment. Please read our recently released Request for Proposals 2021 for more details. All eligible nonprofits are encouraged to submit their proposal through the form available in the RFP.
Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis until an organization is selected.
