DRG launches 2020 Pro Bono RFP
Announcing our second annual Pro bono executive search
We are pleased to launch our second annual pro bono executive search initiative. We will begin accepting responses to our Request for Proposals (RFP) on a rolling basis from nonprofit organizations starting January 14, 2020.
DRG is a Talent Advisory Group. Our mission is to support nonprofits in bringing together the right leadership, talent, culture, and structure so people and organizations can thrive together. Our drive to support the nonprofit community led us to launch this initiative in 2019. As Dara Z. Klarfeld, CEO of DRG, has said, “A primary driver for the culture of our company is to align the way we operate with our values. Our pro bono executive search initiative is one of many ways DRG can help and support the nonprofit community.”
In 2019 we proudly worked with The Petey Greene Program (PGP) to select their new CEO, Alison Brinkley-Badgett. PGP is an organization that supplements education in jails, prisons, and detention centers, by preparing volunteers to provide free, quality tutoring and related programming to support the academic achievement of incarcerated people. “We’re extremely grateful to have partnered with DRG on our CEO search. They worked closely with us every step of the way and provided invaluable guidance and expertise. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the search and know that Alison will surpass all our expectations and lead PGP adeptly in the years ahead,” said Lee Gladden, Board Member of The Petey Greene Program.
Ami Abramson, DRG Chief Strategy Officer and lead Search Consultant for this search, notes, “Our partnership with The Petey Greene Program was extremely fulfilling. We were proud to support this incredible organization. The interest in the search was immense and we were delighted to help them find such a talented leader. Alison Brinkley-Badgett will undoubtedly lead the organization to the next level.”
For 2020, DRG will consider proposals from nonprofit organizations whose mission is to advance environmental, social, economic, racial or gender equity and empowerment with annual budgets between $1 and $10 million dollars. Please read our recently released Request for Proposals 2020 for more details. All eligible nonprofits are encouraged to fill the short RFP Inquiry Form available in the RFP. Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis until an organization is selected.
