DRG is a talent advisory group. We serve nonprofit organizations that care for, inspire, and enrich the lives of people all over the world.
DRG is proud to announce that we have identified The Petey Greene Program as the organization with whom we’ll be working on our annual Pro-Bono search. In our inaugural year of this initiative, we are very proud to be working with this growing organization to identify its next Chief Executive Officer.
The Petey Greene Program supplements education in jails, prisons, and detention centers, by preparing volunteers to provide free, quality tutoring and related programming to support the academic achievement of incarcerated people. Founded by Charles Puttkammer, Jim Farrin (current Executive Director) and other members of the Princeton Class of 1958, The Petey Greene Program has grown into an organization that is championed by the student volunteers, the incarcerated students, as well as the jails, prisons and detentions centers at which The Petey Greene Program serves. The Petey Greene Program engages university students in the criminal justice reform movement at a time in which they are making crucial decisions about their lives and careers. In an effort to end mass incarceration, they provide incarcerated students with an education that supports their efforts to live fulfilling lives upon release.
At DRG, our work is continuously driven by our desire to help our clients create measurable change and maximize impact. Our partnership with The Petey Greene Program on this executive search will help them to achieve their long-term goals, and to continue to create a lasting impact on all participants of the program.
