Reporting to Chief Strategy Officer, the Director of Search Services is an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team. Responsible for overseeing all of our Executive Search and Search Advisory products, the Director of Search Services is responsible for optimizing and streamlining the work product of an ambitious, high-performing team of Search Consultants as well as the Department of Research and Outreach.

This role requires a highly motivated and organized professional who can multi-task effectively and is a process-oriented systems builder.  We are seeking an energetic professional who wants to be a part of helping DRG Talent Advisory Group build and grow.



  • Manage the Search and Research and Outreach team’s workflow, strategically assigning search projects to appropriate team members
  • Supporting and driving business development and marketing efforts across all teams
  • Work with the Research and Outreach team to streamline and constantly improve the research and outreach process
  • Oversee the screening and selection processes for evaluating potential candidates
  • In conjunction with other members of the Senior Leadership team, drive the on-boarding of new team members
  • Develop quality control systems for all deliverables including proposals and search process deliverables
  • Regularly audit and optimize tools, processes and systems
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager and Leadership team to ensure optimal utilization of CRM and other technology
  • Ensure smart, thoughtful communication and sales across verticals and teams which reflects the language, culture and ethos of the company
  • Identify and codify best practices across Search team and Research and Outreach team
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability and high standards
  • Play a mentorship role to key personnel, constantly honing their skills and actively supporting their professional growth
