Who are we?

DRG is a talent advisory group that serves nonprofit organizations that care for, inspire, and enrich the lives of people all over the world. We work with our nonprofit clients to deeply understanding the mission, culture, leadership and goals of their organization. We then partner with our clients to identify, attract, and nurture innovative, diverse talent for their organizations. We also help organizations maximize their impact through talent assessments, transition planning, and by providing insights into compensation and organizational design. We do all of this with a single purpose: helping nonprofits create measurable change.

DRG employs a diverse and growing team of over 35 individuals living and working in a variety of time zones throughout the United States and internationally.

What is the role?

The Director of Operations will work as a member of the Leadership Team to determine, design and manage firm-wide strategies related to people, operations and special projects.  The primary day-to-day focus for the Director of Operations will be building and developing strategies, tools and systems to support the team and the clients we serve.  The Director of Operations will supervise a Project Administrator and an Operations Associate. Led by the Director of Operations, this team will ensure the building of the operational infrastructure to support growth, excellence and creativity firm wide.
